She's only 17 but has already swum the English Channel in 2018. Now she's lining up to swim a Double in July 2019! Yes, over and back in one go. 68km a constant swimming. About 24hours in total. What makes this 17year old tick? I just had to ask so I got her in to the Chest Freezer to find out.

It is such a beautiful time of year and races from 500m to 5km means there's a challenge for everyone. I used this as part of my English Channel prep last year.
