The potty-mouth Chef is back to get oldies active

He was swearing his head off and cooking up a storm on our TV's well before Gordon Ramsay had learnt how to spell.This week we launched a new campaign with Australia's original celebrity chef, Peter Russell-Clarke. A lot of fun. And if you have seen his You Tube blooper reels, you would recognise that at times, it can be hilarious!

Modern addiction to prescription drugs

Here is a nice little commentary from respected cardiologist, Dr Ross Walker. As a society we are groing more and more impatient and want the fix NOW!.

"With the death of Michael Jackson, the modern addiction to prescription drugs has come under the spotlight. It appears that in developed countries a large number of people are addicted to painkillers, anti-depressants, sedatives and sleeping pills.
I believe the major explanation for this is our increasing need for the quick fix. Rather than trying to find the deeper cause of our issues, a pill can acutely make us feel better."
